The Conversion Initiative is migrating legacy reporting to Power BI, with data sourced from GCP BigQuery and the enterprise SQL data warehouse. The Lead Power BI Developer will lead a team of 4+ developers and ensure high-quality, standardized reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead redesign and modernization of legacy reports in Power BI.
- Mentor and guide 4+ Power BI developers and establish development standards.
- Collaborate with business, data engineering, and ETL teams on data sourcing and reporting.
- Develop accessible, secure, and standardized Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and stakeholder requirement gathering.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on Power BI development in an enterprise/production environment.
- Strong ETL and BI/Reporting experience.
- Experience as a Technical Lead for 4+ developers.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and enterprise reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
