Who We Are

Stensul is the Governed Creation™ Platform for enterprise marketing teams that need to create campaigns quickly, safely, and at scale. We bring creation, collaboration, and control together in one connected platform — combining AI-enabled creation, no-code production, embedded governance, and seamless integrations across the marketing tech stack. The result: faster output, lower costs, reduced risk, and work that stays consistently on brand.

At Stensul, we’re just as intentional about how we work as about what we build. We’re a people-first team that values inclusive collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to help define the future of marketing creation, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview

Modern marketing teams build campaigns across an ecosystem—email platforms, approvals and workflow systems, DAM, analytics, and increasingly, AI tools and agents that can draft, transform, route, and even execute work across systems. As automation accelerates, governance becomes more critical: not just governing content, but governing what workflows are allowed to do, when, and with what oversight.

We’re hiring a Lead PM to define Stensul’s ecosystem strategy and deliver the integrations roadmap—deciding who we integrate with, why, and how deep—so Stensul becomes the governance layer across the marketing stack, including AI-driven workflows.

What You’ll Do

Own ecosystem product strategy and roadmap

  • Define Stensul’s ecosystem product strategy and vision.
  • Build a crisp integration prioritization model (customer value, governance leverage, GTM impact, technical cost, partner readiness).
  • Maintain a 12–18 month roadmap that balances new integrations, depth/quality, and platform foundations.
  • Partner closely with our Head of Partnerships to align ecosystem strategy, partner priorities, and co-marketing / co-selling opportunities with the product roadmap.

Build high-quality integrations in partnership with Engineering

  • Partner with Eng to evolve integration architecture: APIs/MPCs, webhooks/events, auth patterns (OAuth/keys), permissions, audit logs, and reliability practices.
  • Leverage Claude Code to write clear PRDs and integration specs (data contracts, error handling, rate limits, versioning, observability, rollout plans).
  • Ensure integrations feel “native” to marketer workflows—setup, admin controls, governance policies, and reporting.

Lead AI-aware ecosystem strategy (without the hype)

  • Keep a current, customer-backed view of the AI tools marketing teams actually use (and abandon), and translate that into a focused integration strategy.
  • Identify the highest-leverage “AI + governance” opportunities (e.g., brand-safe generation, policy enforcement, approvals, auditability, reusable components) and turn them into roadmap bets.

Build modern AI + agent integrations (pragmatic, measurable)

  • Partner with Eng to ship AI and agent integrations using modern patterns (e.g., MCP-style tool connectivity, function/tool calling, and event-driven orchestration) with reliable API contracts.
  • Define and enforce boundaries for agentic workflows: what actions are permitted, required approvals, safe defaults, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Drive partner outcomes

  • Work with the Head of Partnerships to define partner tiers and integration pathways (co-built, partner-built, API-only, marketplace, SI-led).
  • Contribute to partner enablement: docs, reference implementations, sandbox/test harnesses, certification criteria.

Measure what matters

  • Define success metrics such as: integration adoption, activation rate, governed-workflow coverage, time-to-integrate, reliability/incident rates, and expansion influence.

What You’ll Need
  • 6-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including platforms and/or integrations.
  • 3–4+ years building martech products for Marketing Ops / Lifecycle teams in the email creation + workflow layer (e.g., templates/modules, approvals, governance).
  • Strong technical fluency: APIs, webhooks/events, auth, data models, and systems design tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt AI capabilities in a product context—separating signal from noise and making clear, testable bets.
  • Exposure to modern AI integration approaches (e.g., MCP-style architectures and tool-connection patterns) and comfort partnering with Eng to implement them.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Eng, Design, GTM, and external partners.

Why You’ll Love Working Here!
  • Competitive compensation package that includes equity - everyone has a stake in our growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, as well as a 401(k), life insurance, commuter benefits and parental leave plans
  • Flexible time off policy, empowering you to balance work & life in the way that suits you best
  • Regular Recharge Days, ensuring that you consistently take time to reset
  • A culture that prioritizes collaboration and transparency, as well as internal mobility and growth
  • A chance to build the backbone of enterprise marketing creation—connecting the world’s most trusted brands to the next generation of AI-driven content workflows

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $190k - $210k USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
