To support this momentum, we’re growing our team rapidly—investing in people who drive innovation at scale to expand our impact across the North American wealth management industry.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own Flow, our new onboarding experience designed to help advisors and clients get up and running quickly and confidently. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and operational scale.

In this role, you’ll define the vision for Flow, and shape how onboarding evolves across our platform. Working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you’ll deliver experiences that simplify complex advisor workflows. This role is ideal for someone with deep wealth management and financial services expertise, who additional has experience mentoring and supporting the growth of other PMs as the product organization scales.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Flow end-to-end.
  • Design onboarding experiences that drive faster activation, stronger adoption, and long-term customer confidence.
  • Mentor PMs and help raise the bar for product thinking, execution, and customer empathy across the team.
  • Talk to advisors, enterprise partners, and internal teams regularly to uncover friction points and shape product direction.
  • Partner closely with design and engineering to move from concept to launched product quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Lead cross-functional launches with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, using feedback and data to continuously improve the experience.
  • Define clear success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning products end-to-end in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the wealthtech industry and/or designing financial advisory workflows.
  • Strong domain expertise in wealth management or financial services, with a deep understanding of advisor workflows and client experience.
  • Customer-first mindset and strong product instincts grounded in research, data, and real user problems.
  • Experience simplifying complex workflows, improving onboarding experiences, or driving adoption within B2B or B2B2C products.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Comfort balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution and delivery.
  • A mentorship mindset — you enjoy coaching others, sharing context, and helping teams grow.
Bonus Points
  • Background in wealthtech, fintech, or financial services particularly with direct exposure to advisor workflows, onboarding, or client experience design.
  • Background building onboarding, activation, or workflow products in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
