As the Lead for Regulated Compliance Programs, you will be a key architect in adapting and scaling an integrated fiduciary and regulatory control framework for our most specialized strategic operations. Leveraging an existing bank infrastructure, you will ensure these high-growth initiatives meet the highest standards of fiduciary integrity and protection. You will act as a qualified manager with a wide range of expertise, meaningfully contributing to the prioritization of work and ensuring our established bank-grade standards are seamlessly applied to new public-facing environments.
Technical Skills:
- Apply expertise and analytical skills to independently solve complex regulatory problems, influencing solutions across multiple internal functions.
- Contribute to department strategies, goals, and frameworks to ensure alignment with broader organizational priorities.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Take extreme ownership of complex challenges—such as settlement oversight and conflict mitigation—selecting the best methods with minimal oversight.
- Lead and significantly contribute to large, cross-functional projects, driving execution and impact across multiple teams.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Monitor industry trends and internal objectives to inform team and department-level goal-setting.
- Proactively communicate how your program drives long-term growth while ensuring processes are scalable to avoid single points of failure.
Communication and Influence:
- Build trust and credibility by tailoring communication to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for complex solutions.
- Mentor mid-to-experienced teammates and help them align their efforts with department goals and company strategy.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Typically a Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- The capability to independently navigate ambiguity, anticipating challenges and escalating only for critical blockers.
- A leadership style defined by empathy and humility that builds trust and exemplifies our values, principles, and policies.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- Experience in high-growth digital asset or fintech compliance environments.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CRCM or CPCO) related to fiduciary or banking regulations.
- Juris Doctorate (JD).
