  • Analyze business and technical requirements, develop solution designs, and create scalable, maintainable applications that align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

  • Support production operations by leading incident triage, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure application stability, reliability, and performance.

  • Mentor and coach developers and technical team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and adoption of engineering best practices while contributing to future team leadership and talent development.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, and 8+ years of application development experience, including experience leading technical initiatives and development efforts.

  • Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications using modern programming languages, APIs, integration technologies, relational databases, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in .NET application development, SQL, integration development, and modern software engineering practices.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and production support.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver high-quality software.

  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Financial Crimes, Regulatory, Privacy, Risk, or other corporate function technology domains.

  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and data solutions within complex business environments.

  • Experience leading development teams, coordinating technical delivery across multiple initiatives, mentoring engineers, and contributing to workforce planning or people leadership activities.

  • Knowledge of secure software development, regulatory and audit requirements, data privacy principles, and technology governance practices within a highly regulated environment.

  • Proven ability to balance hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
