Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.

- System Integrity: Conduct regular audits of processes and systems and act as the first point of contact when an integration error occurs or when a system is down.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Champion adherence to all TA compliance requirements, proactively managing permissions, auditing, and the timely escalation of any identified risks or issues.
- Documentation Development: Build Standard Operating Procedures for common tasks. Develop visual and written documentation of the TA tech ecosystem.
- Strategic Internal Partnerships:
- Technology Team: Collaborate on system integrations and architecture.
- Data Team: Collaborate closely on data preparation and validation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and the accuracy of reporting outputs.
