  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and integration across private markets systems and datasets.
  • Support and enhance reporting processes used by investment teams, including quarterly reporting, portfolio analytics, and ad hoc investment insights.
  • Manage workstreams or projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
  • Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes within Private Markets teams, including documentation and training.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Private Markets data architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with investment team needs.

Required Private Markets Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of private markets fund structures, investment lifecycle, and portfolio reporting, including:
    • Capital calls and distributions
    • Commitments and unfunded capital
    • NAV and valuation processes
    • Fund and deal-level performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI)
  • Experience working closely with investment professionals, deal teams, or fund operations teams.
  • Ability to translate complex private markets concepts and workflows into structured requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge investment and technology teams effectively.
  • Experience supporting or improving LP reporting, portfolio analytics, or fund reporting processes.

 Required Technical & Analytical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role supporting financial systems or data platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and validation.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, ETL processes, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience contributing to data integration, data modeling, or reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
