About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and user-centric Lead UI/UX Designer with 8–12 years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and business stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences across web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), interaction design, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Design intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Define interaction patterns and information architecture.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsive design best practices are followed.
  • Participate in design critiques and continuously improve design quality.
  • Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

  • Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) is desirable.
