Job Description

Lumek Visuals is seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our New York team.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing practical leadership, communication, team management, and business operations skills. You will work closely with team leaders and management while learning how different areas of the organization operate and contribute to overall business performance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, confident when communicating with others, and interested in taking on increasing levels of responsibility as they progress within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers and team leaders with daily business operations.
  • Assist with coordinating team activities, projects, and performance objectives.
  • Develop leadership and team management skills through hands-on responsibilities.
  • Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and business partners.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and team performance.
  • Participate in internal training and professional development programs.
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
  • Track goals, assignments, and operational priorities.
  • Provide support during meetings, presentations, and business initiatives.
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop.
