What you’ll do

As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and engagement of our global workforce. Working with the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will help implement impactful programs and resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with the global L&D team to support learning programs and resources
  • Coordinate events by scheduling speakers and facilitators, preparing materials, managing registration, overseeing day-of logistics, and collecting feedback
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including configuring workshops, uploading self-paced content, tracking attendance and completion, and managing learner communications
  • Collaborate on monthly newsletters and program related communications
  • Support the contracting process with external training vendors
  • Generate and update reports on L&D metrics
  • Manage online learning tools, including provisioning access and tracking usage
  • Build strong relationships with global HR stakeholders
  • Assist with additional L&D projects and initiatives as needed

What’s required

  • 1+ year of work experience in a corporate environment (inclusive of internships)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player attitude and the ability to take initiative
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 (USD) , which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
