Provides legal administrative support in a busy, client-facing environment. Responsibilities include managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidential information, communicating professionally, adapting to new technologies, and supporting litigation-related work. The role requires strong administrative, computer, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage a demanding desk and changing priorities.
This position requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to change directions and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis. Must be professional, dedicated and possess excellent administrative skills

- Must have at least 1 year experience in a legal administrative position
- Must have at least 6 months to a year of litigation experience
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to quickly adopt and learn new technologies
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to handle busy desk with heavy client contact

- Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 (hourly rate: $26.37 - $42.30) – The salary offered to a successful candidate, who will work in the New York City office, will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
