  • Coordinating with dealership personnel, management, outside counsel, insurance representatives, and other business partners as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable handling multiple priorities in a professional, fast-paced business environment.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal Administrative Assistant required.
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant college degree preferred but not required with appropriate experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A professional and collaborative approach
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn new areas of law and business

This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and General Counsel while gaining exposure to the legal and operational matters involved in a large, multi-state automotive dealership organization.
