  • Optimize Ironclad workflows to streamline contract intake, approvals, execution, and overall contract management.

  • Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-assisted first review of NDAs, to improve the efficiency of legal processes.

  • Partner with internal teams to identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions that improve how legal work is managed.

Manage Legal Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget management, billing, and performance tracking.

  • Establish metrics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into the Legal team's priorities, workload, and performance.

  • Use operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure legal processes and systems align with broader company operations.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline legal workflows and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support the implementation and adoption of new legal tools, systems, and processes across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in legal technology, including contract lifecycle management platforms (Ironclad strongly preferred), e-billing systems, and matter management tools.

  • Hands-on experience with Ironclad is required, including configuring, managing, and optimizing contract lifecycle management workflows.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing legal workflows, process improvements, and automation solutions.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve legal processes.

  • Experience supporting global teams and navigating the operational needs of a rapidly scaling organization.

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience developing metrics, building reports, and using data to inform business decisions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and operate independently.

  • Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company strongly preferred.

  • Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
