Your Mission

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be a driving force behind our next phase of growth. You’ll help launch new products, optimize existing offerings, and own day-to-day operations for our business expansion strategy. You’ll collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to improve both user experience and business efficiency.

You will:

  • Launch and scale new products and services from the ground up.
  • Optimize and iterate on current offerings using data and customer feedback.
  • Manage key tools like our CRM, email marketing, and internal dashboards.
  • Run outreach campaigns — email, calls, and partnerships — to engage potential users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end user journey.
  • Own daily operations behind business growth and expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, product, growth, or strategy.
  • Strong experience with analytics and campaign tools (Tableau, Excel, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Comfortable switching between product and operations responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — equally strong on calls or emails.
  • Adaptability to fast-moving environments, with a “figure it out” mindset.
  • Bonus: Background in startups, marketplaces, or legal/mobility tech.
