Responsibilities
Product & Legal Collaboration
Support product managers founders and engineers in translating legal requirements into product features
Assist in documenting user stories, workflows, and functional requirements
Help analyze legal processes (e.g., contract review, negotiation workflows) and identify opportunities for automation
AI & Legal Innovation Support
Contribute to building and testing AI-driven use cases for legal workflows
Assist in drafting and refining prompts for contract analysis tools
Evaluate outputs from AI tools for accuracy, consistency, and usability
Customer & Use Case Research
Research industry trends in legal tech, contract lifecycle management, and AI
Help prepare materials for customer use cases and product demos
Assist in gathering feedback from internal teams and users
Product Operations
Support backlog grooming, documentation, and release planning
Help track feature performance and user feedback
Assist with QA testing and validation of new features
Qualifications
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
Strong interest in technology, product management, or AI
Excellent written and analytical skills
Ability to break down complex ideas into structured concepts
Preferred
Basic familiarity with contract law or legal processes
Interest in or exposure to product management, UX, or software development
Curiosity about AI tools and prompt design
Experience with tools like spreadsheets, documentation platforms, or project trackers

Detail-oriented but able to think strategically

Internship Structure
Duration: 6 months
Extension: Automatically extendable upon mutual agreement
Mentorship: Paired with a Product Manager or Legal Engineer
