We are looking for an experienced Paralegal with a solid foundation in the basics of contract review and negotiation to assist with general commercial transactions under the supervision of in-house attorneys. The paralegal will be responsible for a variety of duties essential to the contract management process.

What you’ll do:

• Assist legal team with commercial contract portfolio including initial legal review and contract negotiation
• Managing the contract database for efficiency and to maximize functionality
• Provide monthly reporting and assist in managing expiration and renewal of contracts, vendor form requests, and insurance certifications (as applicable)

What you’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, certification in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent 
• 4-5 years of relevant in-house or firm experience, preferably in the area of contract review and negotiation
• The ability to communicate positively, effectively, and efficiently with members of different teams
• Excellent commercial contract skills (content areas including SaaS licensing and advertising solutions)
• Meticulous attention to detail
