As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead for Disney Entertainment, you will develop and execute sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies that drive subscriber engagement, retention, and long-term value across Disney+ and Hulu. You will own complex customer marketing programs spanning email, push, and in-product channels while leveraging data, personalization, and experimentation to optimize performance. Working across product, engineering, creative, legal, operations, and marketing teams, you will influence campaign strategy and lead high-impact initiatives. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and operations teams to prioritize and develop personalization capabilities that support engagement marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-product messaging channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, legal, product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant and personalized subscriber experiences.
- Design and manage testing roadmaps, including A/B testing frameworks and performance measurement.
- Analyze campaign results, customer insights, and behavioral data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Report on campaign performance and sizing opportunities against key performance indicators.
- Support global lifecycle marketing initiatives and coordinate with international marketing teams.
- Communicate recommendations, insights, and business impact through presentations and written materials.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of lifecycle, growth, CRM, subscription, or customer marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and complex project timelines.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and evaluate testing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, or content marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting global marketing programs across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with subscriber engagement, retention, and churn mitigation strategies.
- Passion for Disney brands and storytelling.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $122,800 to $164,600 per year and in Burbank, CA is $114,400 to $157,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
