You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Product Design, and Product Marketing to influence other components of our consumer engagement strategy, starting with email and expanding from there.

This is a new and growing team in a highly entrepreneurial environment, so we will also look to you to help us build a sustainable communications process that will support our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall email lifecycle marketing strategy across our core products for year-round user engagement
  • Identify and measure email marketing KPIs
  • Develop and roadmap lifecycle engagement opportunities and campaigns across all products

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions about optimizations to your strategy
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and other tactics to improve business outcomes
  • Monitor user and client feedback from email campaigns to continuously improve client experience and marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Engagement Marketing and incorporate them into the strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct people management experience
  • Expert-level experience with the email marketing platform Braze
  • Intermediate knowledge of editing and troubleshooting HTML and CSS
  • Metrics-driven orientation with the ability to frame up project work through a business impact lens and skill in scaling that skill across the broader team
  • Experience building email campaigns, from success metrics to ideation to execution
  • Experience in segmentation and personalization of campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working within or in close partnership with product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
