Position Overview:
The Director of Amenity Management is responsible for shaping and implementing a cohesive strategy for amenities and
lifestyle programming across the entire portfolio of properties. Ensures that all residential communities deliver an
exceptional living experience, aligned with the company's vision of luxury, innovation, and engagement. The role
combines operational oversight, creative programming, and strategic leadership to enhance resident satisfaction and
property value portfolio-wide.
Portfolio Amenity Strategy & InnovationDevelop and execute a comprehensive amenity strategy that supports the company’s brand vision, resident expectations, and evolving market trends.
Establish consistent operating standards, service expectations, and best practices across all properties.
Evaluate existing amenities and identify opportunities to enhance offerings, improve efficiency, and create a competitive resident experience.
Create and oversee a portfolio-wide calendar of resident events, experiences, and engagement initiatives tailored to each community.
Develop innovative programming that promotes resident satisfaction, retention, and a strong sense of community.
Utilize resident feedback, industry trends, and market insights to continuously improve lifestyle offerings.
Partner with property teams to ensure amenities are maintained at the highest standards and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Monitor amenity performance, identify operational opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
Provide guidance and support to on-site teams to improve daily operations and resident interactions.
Champion a consistent and elevated resident experience across the portfolio.
Develop service strategies, communication standards, and engagement initiatives that strengthen resident relationships.
Serve as a resource for property teams in addressing resident needs and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and support amenity and lifestyle teams to foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and innovation.
Build strong partnerships across property teams to encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to elevate team performance.
Develop and manage budgets for amenity operations, programming, and resident experiences.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and event partners.
Negotiate contracts and identify opportunities to maximize value and improve portfolio-wide offerings.
Ensure all amenities, programming, and resident experiences align with the company’s brand standards and commitment to excellence.
Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the resident journey and differentiate the communities within the market.
