- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online chat platforms and web-based applications.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
