Must have demonstrable hands-on experience with the following products:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unity Voicemail
- Cisco Voice Gateways
- Cisco IP Phones
- Cisco UCS Servers
- Telepresence desired
- Jabber desired
Network Routing/Switching skills highly desired
- Cisco Catalyst Series
- Complete understanding of Layer 2 & Layer 3 concepts
CCNP-Voice desired; CCIE Voice a plus
