Position Overview
- Oversee the overall Logistics REEF program, including process design, fleet definition, selection, and acquisition
- Develop and implement a training program for new Operators to ramp up operations smoothly
- Collaborate with REEF Digital Product and Tech Teams to improve REEF systems for external operators
- Monitor logistics operations metrics, identify gaps, determine root causes, and implement solutions for continuous performance improvement
- Ensure business compliance with relevant regulatory standards
- Work cross-functionally with REEF departments (Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) to enhance overall logistics performance
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on large-scale design and program management
- Proven experience managing external operators and KPIs
- Familiarity with logistics safety and regulatory standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
