Logistik- & Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

• Koordination und Überwachung nationaler und internationaler Warenein- und -ausgänge
• Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Spediteuren und internen Stakeholdern
• Optimierung von Transport-, Versand- und Verpackungsprozessen
• Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei Bestellabwicklungen sowie Lieferantenkommunikation
• Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen in CRM- und ERP-Systemen
• Unterstützung bei administrativen Finanzprozessen sowie der laufenden Rechnungsverarbeitung
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Stammdaten in ERP- und CRM-Systemen
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Reports
• Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb von Finance & Administration
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Prozesskonformität

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (ca. 2 bis 3 Jahre) im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Operations oder Auftragsabwicklung
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, beispielsweise SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, BMD oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
• Gute Kenntnisse logistischer Prozesse sowie Verständnis von Beschaffungs- und Lieferkettenabläufen
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozessen, insbesondere Rechnungsbearbeitung, Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement sowie Reporting
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu steuern und Prioritäten effizient zu setzen
• Kommunikationsstarke, serviceorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
• Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
