Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account engagement strategies that drive growth across emerging specialty accounts.
- Own and deliver financial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, accounts receivable, and return on investment.
- Act as the primary relationship leader for emerging McIntosh and Sonus faber accounts, using consistent remote engagement to build trust, increase activity, and create sustainable growth.
- Create virtual training, product education, follow-up, and sales activation plans that help accounts better understand, present, and sell Bose Luxury products.
- Align reseller and go-to-market strategies with Bose Luxury priorities to improve operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner closely with demand planning teams to develop high-confidence sales forecasts through disciplined, data-driven execution.
- Coordinate account activation initiatives, training, and education in partnership with marketing and channel support teams.
- Use account data, sales trends, and partner feedback to identify growth opportunities and prioritize outreach.
- Provide executive-level business analytics, insights, and performance reporting to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate cross- functionally with sales leadership, marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams to drive regional success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and document insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.

- Executive-level communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Self-directed leader who can drive accountability, follow-through, and execution in a remote environment .
- Proficient with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- This is a remote-based position with limited travel as needed for key account meetings, training, and business reviews.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8 years of account management and sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Direct experience managing strategic retail, and or, custom integration accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver defined sales results at strategic, high revenue/high visibility accounts
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required .
