Draft and negotiate corporate documents, advise on corporate governance and compliance, manage entity formation and commercial agreements, and interact directly with clients (founders, executives, sponsors, family offices).

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote in New York City or Uniondale.
The Associate will work on a mix of M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic transactions, along with general transactional and corporate matters.
- Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate corporate documents
- Advise on general corporate matters
- Interact directly with clients, including founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices.
Required:
· NY bar
· Recent M&A experience
