Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tractor, equipment, parts, and service inquiries
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Support sales, parts, and service operations
- Follow up on customer opportunities and service needs
- Learn Mahindra products and dealership processes
- Help create an outstanding customer experience
- Assist with various dealership activities as our business continues to grow
