Job Summary & Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will create and maximize revenue generation.  You will foster and grow relationships with an established list of accounts comprised of Fortune 500 b2b companies, most with multiple lines of business while working in collaboration with your local and corporate-based teams.  

 

  • Continually prospect and generate high-quality targets within assigned account list following an established selling approach   
  • Meet key performance metrics and goals on a weekly/monthly and annual basis  
  • Actively pursue new lines of business at existing clients offering strategic solutions with a viable revenue mix  
  • Develop and present customized advertising solutions  
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline, revenue gaps, activity and meetings using Salesforce  
  • Constant development of market intelligence and general business acumen  
  • Manage and own client relations at multiple level and across multiple lines of business 
  • Exhibit a coachable mindset and take an active role in training and development  
  • Self-Starter that can take responsibility for a high revenue producing desk  
  • Maintain an average of 10 meetings a week – virtual or in-person

Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to five years of b2b sales experience and media experience preferred.   
  • A strong orientation to strategic thinking, communicating, influencing, and building relationships at all levels 
  • Ability to manage short and long-term initiative with effective time management skills 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills 
  • The ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment 
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
