The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Real Estate Fund Level Accounting & Reporting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Managing delivery teams and overseeing performance to meet client expectations and service excellence
- Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs
- Utilizing project management skills to plan, budget, and execute managed services projects successfully
- Engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance service quality and operational performance
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and foster professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain service integrity
- Upholding professional standards and compliance with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive digital transformation and improve service outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in automation framework design and development
- Utilizing business process improvement techniques for asset management
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution for managed services

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
