Job Description

Cyber Tech Services is seeking a management consultant with experience in project management and commercial activities to join our office in Copenhagen. If you’re looking to join a collaborative, non-hierarchical team of problem solvers in a dynamic and growth-driven environment, this is your chance.

What you’ll do
The job content varies depending on our projects. Our work is centred on helping companies tackle security challenges and deliver outstanding technical work to increase security robustness, governance, and compliance. Some of the challenges we will need your help solving include:

  • Effectively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, collect technical data, and prepare monthly client reports summarising activities and outlining upcoming plans.
  • Find solutions and negotiate operational compromises to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple tracks and domain areas, including technical aspects, and follow up on actions such as organising meetings and managing action items.
  • Contribute to overall project planning by creating detailed schedules and coordinating resource allocation with Project Leads, Strategic Leads, and the client.
  • Participate in and learn through interactive workshops with clients to co-develop ideas and solutions.
  • Engage in client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of their strategic challenges, particularly within cybersecurity.

During your tenure with us, your responsibilities will naturally develop and expand as you take ownership of independent workstreams and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives. In this role, you will also build capabilities in cybersecurity, using the position as a learning ground for broader exposure and growth toward CISO-level leadership.

What you’ll bring
As a management consultant with The Tech Collective, your work will primarily focus on project management – co-leading and supporting project leads – rather than internal tasks. From day one, you’ll be involved in stakeholder management, reporting, planning, and presentations, as well as preparing and supporting the facilitation of workshops and client meetings. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape the level of responsibility you take on. Ultimately, we want you to grow, and we strive to create the best foundation for you to do so.

Specifically, we’re looking for people who:

  • Possess the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence – those who can identify the right answer and implement it in the organisation.
  • Have completed a master’s degree in business, information technology, information security, project management, or another related field.
  • Bring project management skills combined with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Are curious about developing their own skill set within the cybersecurity side of consulting.
  • Can solve problems and take responsibility for project tracks.

To be a truly perfect fit, we’d love it if you are flexible, cooperative, and comfortable working independently in constantly changing conditions, while maintaining a sincere interest in building relationships. You’re always welcome to challenge us, and you’ll fit right in if you’re curious and eager to learn from experienced and passionate consultants.

What we offer
Our goal is to sustain a non-hierarchical, down-to-earth growth culture. Having fun together is a very important part of the culture we cultivate in Cyber Tech Services and throughout the entire organisation.

As part of our team, you’ll experience:

  • A high degree of freedom with responsibility.
  • An inspiring culture and colleagues.
  • Excellent development opportunities.
  • Co-workers with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • An environment of motivated and energetic colleagues.

Apply now
We’ll be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis and encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as applications will close once the position is filled. If you have any questions about the role, please feel free to reach out to Markus Pettersen at [email protected].

We look forward to hearing from you!
