The Opportunity
As a Management Consulting - Operations & Supply Chain Solutions Senior Associate Intern you will support advisory work focused on improving business operations, supply chain flow, and execution across client environments within our Advisory practice. As an Intern you will support teams, participate in projects, and build exposure to PwC methods while completing basic tasks, conducting research, and observing how professionals approach client work and problem solving. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in active listening, communication, digital tooling, teamwork, and intellectual curiosity while contributing to assignments that span operational analysis and process improvement.
In this role at PwC, you will help gather information, organize materials, and contribute to project tasks that support client delivery and internal coordination. You will learn how business processes connect to broader supply chain and operations priorities, apply feedback, and take ownership for your development as you build your personal brand. The work may include supporting analyses, reviewing data sources, preparing materials for team discussions, and adapting to changing priorities across a range of assignments.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by gathering information, organizing work products, and tracking task progress
- Participating in operations and supply chain projects by helping document processes, issues, and improvement ideas
- Conducting research on business operations, market trends, and process performance to inform team deliverables
- Assisting in data collection and analysis using digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled applications
- Preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, and project summaries for internal and client use
- Learning and applying consulting methods to identify process gaps, reduce cost, and improve execution
- Observing client discussions and team activities to build understanding of operational priorities and delivery expectations
- Coordinating routine follow-up actions and maintaining organized records for assigned project work
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
