Serve as primary post-sale client contact to manage branded content and events campaigns end-to-end: maintain documentation, coordinate vendors and internal teams, oversee creative implementation, monitor performance, and deliver optimization and recap reporting.
The Manager, Account Management will interface with internal teams including (but not limited to) Sales, Client Solutions, BDG Studios (Branded Editorial, Design, Branded Production, Talent Partnerships, Video), Events, AdOps, Distribution Marketing, Editorial, Legal, Finance as well as external vendors, client agencies, advertisers and media partners to ensure program elements are executed per requirements, scope of project, timelines, and budget
Responsibilities
- Provide best in class service producing active programs independently, overseeing multiple elements and act as the primary contact for clients post-sale
- Understand all sold campaign elements & strategy to deliver on client campaign objectives
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all program documentation during post-sale (including client kick-off call agendas, sold scope-of-work, and additional campaign trackers)
- Coordinate with third party vendors to design rich media ad units and assemble relevant decks such as screenshots when a campaign goes live
- Collaborate with the AdOps teams to monitor creative implementation, tag delivery, QA-ing of media, execution and delivery, and ensuring KPIs are achieved and optimized from a media standpoint.
- Work closely with internal BDG Studio teams to execute a variety of custom content deliverables including custom articles, social media posts, influencer activations, and photo shoots
- Work alongside internal Events team to execute branded client events that scale from bespoke single-sponsor events to small footprint activations at BDG tentpoles
- Use project management software (Monday.com) to manage branded content/events projects & deliverables - ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule
- Partner with the Distribution Marketing team to execute content distribution plans and manage performance via key social platforms
- Partner with Reporting & Insights Team to analyze campaign performance metrics, provide real-time optimization recommendations, and create end-of-campaign recap decks
Requirements
- BA or equivalent
- 3-5 years Advertising or Publisher company experience
- Strong track record in client service
- Branded content (video, articles, social, influencer), small-scale event execution and media execution experience essential
- Strong attention to detailHighly organized and the ability to multitask
- Preferred: Proficiency with Canva, Keynote, Excel, Google Workspace, Monday.com
