Summary:
As a Manager of Ad Measurement & Insights, you will be responsible for leading our research efforts to understand advertiser performance on our network, along with market trends and consumer preferences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive client engagement, strategy, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directly managing campaign research and measurement, and presenting findings to GSTV’s advertiser clients, for projects including:
- Test / control brand lift surveys
- Foot traffic lift analysis
- Sales lift analysis
- GSTV audience insights studies
- Meta-analyses incorporating historical results for the above (benchmarks, creative insights, etc.)
- Consulting with internal sellers and external clients on measurement and audience strategy for GSTV campaigns
- Conducting consumer / industry insights research using 1st and 3rd party data
- Coordinating with marketing & sales teams to develop & maintain client-facing collateral
- Providing ad-hoc client- and category-focused insights for RFP responses, using internal and syndicated data
- Managing relationships with external preferred measurement partners
- Developing & implementing research strategy in conjunction with overall marketing strategy
- Other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Experienced in managing brand lift, foot traffic lift, and sales lift measurement
- Experienced in gathering data from syndicated vendors like Nielsen & MRI, and exploring external sources for industry insights (AdAge, Digiday, Insider Intelligence, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
- A clear, confident communicator in written and live settings (including client presentations)
- Comfortable developing data-driven, sales-focused narratives

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree as well as 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in advertising, ideally with an agency and/or media platform background.
