The Sales Manager, Advanced TV Partnerships function as agency lead to drive revenue across Spectrum Reach's rapidly growing national addressable and programmatic CTV business. In this role, you will work within the Omnciom Media Group (OMG) pod and be assigned a specific list of agencies and corresponding brand-direct responsibilities. You will be focused on developing and executing account and agency development plans to increase revenue and expand market share by leveraging Spectrum Reach's full portfolio of best-in-class advanced TV ad solutions.

$120,000.00 and $138,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$80,000.

Major Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Accelerate programmatic and addressable TV revenue, achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company's and our clients' business objectives.
- Work aggressively and creatively to acquire new business and grow existing partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategy and go-to market for multi-platform revenue within assigned agency/client scope.
- Assist in the delivery of marketplace training programs to ensure the ongoing education and rollout of new technology and information.
- Introduce, evangelize, and sell new positioning and products
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all key decision-makers within scope
- Secure, update, and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end account mastery across all advertisers within scope, including but not limited to planning cycles, audiences, spend, brand objectives, media strategy, and sub-brand/LOB dynamics
- Support a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.
- Partner with internal peers and associated cross functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.
- Maintain effective communications with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure Sales Plan is executed and/or modified as needed and that revenues goals are achieved.
- Actively seek feedback from internal customers relative to the team's processes and performance.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 9+ years video media and advertising experience
- 3+ years experience responsible for a national sales quota with proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets.
- Successful track record of building new client relationships with national advertisers.
- In-depth knowledge of data, analytics, Online/Digital ad technology and previous experience incorporating these attributes into sales strategies.
- Prior sales experience in a revenue impacting capacity within programmatic CTV
- Previous experience building, managing, and growing sales pipeline with media agencies and client-direct partners.
- Skilled in sales strategy, sales planning, and revenue forecasting.
- Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence while building strong relationships at all levels both externally and internally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly scale progress in a complex business landscape.
