We are hiring a high-impact AI Delivery Manager (10–15 years experience) to lead enterprise-level AI/ML & GenAI programs from concept to production.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in global delivery environments, manages large-scale programs, and can scale AI solutions across enterprise ecosystems.


Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML & GenAI initiatives (POC → Production)
  • Manage programs across:
  • LLM applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
  • Data science & ML deployments
  • AI-driven automation initiatives
  • Drive program governance, KPIs, and delivery excellence
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)
  • Manage global/distributed teams across engineering & data
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient delivery

🧠 Required Experience

  • 10–15 years in Program/Delivery Management
  • Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programs
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML/GenAI projects (1–3+ years)
  • Strong experience in:
  • Global delivery models
  • Stakeholder management
  • Budget & portfolio ownership
  • Background in data platforms or enterprise systems preferred

⚙️ Technical Exposure (Preferred)

  • GenAI tools (LangChain, LLM frameworks, AI copilots)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • MLOps, data pipelines, and AI architecture
