The Manager will drive growth in Care Delivery by identifying opportunities, piloting new concepts, and refining commercial strategies through strong cross-functional collaboration and analytics.
As a Manager on our Business Acceleration team, you will drive the long-term growth of our Care Delivery business as both a strategist and a builder. You will help identify new business strategies, applying rigorous, first-principles thinking and analytics to distinguish high-potential opportunities from noise. You will help incubate and pilot these new concepts, measuring their performance to inform whether to pivot, scale, or sunset. You will also support the continuous evolution of our existing Care Delivery service lines, synthesizing industry trends, market feedback, and internal insights to refine our current solutions.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong partnership across our Product, Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Clinical Operations teams to bring new strategies to life. We are looking for a leader who approaches our most complex challenges with humility, creativity, analytical horsepower, and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover new growth opportunities: Support the end-to-end discovery and evaluation process for new growth levers. You will conduct rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform business case development. You will also support executive communications around key initiatives in our business strategy pipeline, crafting proposals and progress updates for senior leadership input.
- Incubate new ideas 0-to-1: Quarterback the design and launch of high-impact Care Delivery initiatives prioritized through our discovery pipeline. You will work with different teams in the organization. Your tasks will include developing pilots. You will also set key milestones, build the necessary operational infrastructure, measure early traction, and make data-driven recommendations for future investment.
- Refine our commercial strategy. Analyze historical performance. Collect market insights and feedback from different functions. Develop recommendations to increase revenue and enhance our competitive position.
- Support long-term business planning. Work with Finance and Growth Operations to create a 5-year Care Delivery growth plan for different business lines. Identify the key strategic choices we have. These choices include whether to build, buy, or partner.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 3+ years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital, ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector
- Experience with growth strategy, new business incubation, or product commercialization
- Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts, with proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and database querying (SQL)
- Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
- Ability to develop effective relationships, influence, and collaborate across organizational levels and domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
- Passion for raising the standard of healthcare
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $98,770 - $128,400 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $108,647 - $141,240 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $118,524 - $154,080 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
