Position Summary
The Manager, Business Analysis leads data and business intelligence initiatives by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven tools, creating actionable insights through visualization and reporting, and leading requirements gathering efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain databases using Access/VBA, SQL, and Quickbase.
  • Model data architecture to support current operations and future growth.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly
  • Provide training and documentation to end users on new tools and dashboards
  • Build reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Lead business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design user interfaces with strong attention to UI/UX principles.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Proven proficiency in Access/VBA, SQL Quickbase or Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data modeling and architecture experience.
  • Report building and dashboard development.
  • UI/UX design capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
