Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

Role Description

As Manager of Channel Partnerships at Tennr, you will own pipeline generation through the activation of our signed partners. Tennr's business development team signs partners; you take the handoff and build the enablement, incentives, cadence, and systems that turn a contract into a qualified pipeline. You will build and scale partnerships in phases, starting with the most established base and expanding across additional channels over time.

We're looking for a builder who has activated a channel before at a healthcare company and is energized by a partner base that is signed but not yet producing.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary relationship owner with a growing book of signed partners.

  • Map partner networks to Tennr's ICP and identified target accounts so partners can effectively hunt in the verticals we care about, segmented by specialty and geography.

  • Partner with sales enablement and marketing to build playbooks and high-impact collateral for partners to use in market.

  • Run the cadence that keeps partners producing between deals: reviews, check-ins, communications, and the incentive programs behind them.

  • Stand up partner tooling and reporting, feed insight back to BD on which partners to sign more of, and extend the motion to new channels as we sign it.

Qualifications
  • Experience activating and scaling a signed partner or channel base at a growth-stage company.

  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through partners, with clear ownership of a number.

  • Experience activating channels for a company selling into healthcare, with fluency in MSOs, GPOs, and EMRs.

  • Track record of designing or rebuilding a partner incentive program.

  • Proven expertise with key CRM/PRM tooling (SFDC, Crossbeam, etc.)

  • Strong executive presence across both startup and enterprise audiences

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who operates with a high ownership mentality

Why Tennr?
  • Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.

  • Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.

  • Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.

  • Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

Benefits
  • Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100% paid employee health benefit options

  • Employer funded 401(k) match

  • Competitive parental leave
