We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.

Intro:

As part of Front Row’s Insights team, you will turn complex data into clear, strategic narratives that guide business decisions for leading brands across beauty, wellness, and CPG verticals. We ingest multiple data sources to identify emerging consumer and industry trends, and translate those learnings into actionable strategic recommendations for brands. We blend analytical rigor with creative storytelling, translating consumer, culture, and commerce data to keep our brands head of the curve. 

Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive research across diverse data sources — including sales and search trends, social media analytics, customer reviews, and primary and secondary consumer reports.
  • Translate findings into strategic storytelling that answers core business questions, such as:
    • Who is our consumer?
    • How are they behaving in e-commerce environments? How are they engaging with our brand across ecommerce channels?
    • What industry and cultural forces are shaping these behaviors?
  • Distill complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that inspire client action.
    Present insights confidently and succinctly to both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support the Director of Consumer Insights in mentoring analysts, managing workflows, and elevating the team’s analytical capabilities.
  • Identify emerging consumer, category, and cultural trends, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.

Requirements
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides: Expert at building polished, presentation-ready decks that tell a data-driven story.
  • Excel / Google Sheets: Proficient in key functions and comfortable managing large datasets.
  • Consumer Research: Experience designing, conducting, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Strong communicator: Clear, articulate, and confident, both in writing and public speaking.
  • Strategic thinker: Skilled at connecting insights to broader business implications.
  • Curious and proactive: Naturally digs into data anomalies or unexpected findings to uncover deeper meaning.
  • Collaborative team player: Thrives in a small, agile team; willing to pitch in and support colleagues.
  • Innovative thinker: Brings fresh ideas, challenges the status quo, and seeks creative approaches to insight generation.
  • Project manager: Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with accountability and precision.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus
