We are seeking a creative and versatile Manager, Content Strategy with a passion for brand storytelling and a knack for a lifestyle/consumer voice. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on creating clever, punchy, and engaging content for consumer-focused clients. You will be responsible for managing individual content workstreams and must have the ability to flex your writing style from short, witty social posts to long-form materials like press releases and thought leadership articles. This is a client-facing position where you will help bring a brand’s personality to life across its website, social channels, and broader marketing materials. Agency experience is preferred.

An ideal candidate will be passionate about telling strategic and creative stories on deadline, and familiar with digital storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 3–5 years of content strategy experience, with a focus on consumer brands, CPG, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative flair, a clever and engaging writing style, and a distinct consumer-focused voice.
  • The versatility to write effectively across different formats, from short-form social media to long-form articles and press materials.
  • Experience developing content for brand websites and managing social media channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO and AI search principles and how to apply them to content.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with creative teams to produce compelling brand content.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing content workstreams from concept to completion.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to articulate creative concepts and content strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage creative content strategies for consumer brand clients.
  • Write sharp, engaging copy in a variety of voices and formats, ensuring it captures the brand’s unique personality.
  • Manage day-to-day content for client websites and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and account teams to create integrated and impactful brand campaigns.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for brand storytelling and actively participate in creative brainstorms.
  • Present content concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the creative vision behind the work.

Salary Range: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
