We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Manager to lead and grow our Corporate Sales team focused on acquiring new mid-market and enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing outbound sales team that drives complex, high-value partnerships while navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and C-suite decision makers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-focused sales leader who thrives on building teams, developing talent, and delivering strong commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Build, lead, and develop a growing team within the Corporate Accounts organization focused on driving new business and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to consistently exceed goals through data-driven execution and strong sales fundamentals. You will bring structure, accountability, and energy to a fast-scaling business, ensuring each team member has a clear plan for success and the tools to achieve it.

  • Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers, the Director of Corporate Accounts, and partners across Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Revenue Operations to improve processes, share best practices, and strengthen overall performance.

  • Track performance through detailed reporting and forecasting, using insights to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and drive continuous improvement.

  • This is an opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up and make a meaningful impact on Grubhub’s corporate growth story.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing sales team

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through data-driven execution and disciplined pipeline management

  • Deep experience leading outbound sales motions that consistently generate new business and drive sustainable growth

  • Success managing complex, high-value deals (>$1M) with enterprise clients, navigating multiple stakeholders and executive decision makers

  • Experience recruiting, developing, and motivating sales talent in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and spreadsheets to guide strategy and decisions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker who balances coaching and execution while fostering a culture of accountability and growth

New York: $211,000–$264,000 TTC

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
