We are looking for a Manager, Creator Brand Partnerships to join Morning Brew’s growing creator partnerships business.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, creators, media, and content. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, the broader sales organization, and our content and creative teams to turn advertiser objectives into compelling creator partnerships across Morning Brew’s growing portfolio of personalities, franchises, and social platforms. It’s a chance to help build a growing revenue stream within a modern media company.
This is not an Account Executive or Direct Sales quota-carrying role. This role will report to the Sr Manager, Creator Brand Partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL DOCreator Partnerships & SalesSupport the development and sale of creator-led advertising partnerships across Morning Brew’s portfolio.
Work with senior sales leaders to identify advertisers and agencies that are strong fits for creator-led opportunities.
Develop creative partnership concepts that connect brand objectives with Morning Brew creators, personalities, and content franchises.
Help build proposals, pitch decks, media plans, and other materials used to win new business.
Participate in client and agency pitches and presentations, increasingly taking ownership of portions of the sales process.
Identify opportunities to expand existing advertiser relationships through creator content, social, video, podcasts, events, and other integrated offerings.
Maintain an active pipeline of creator partnership opportunities and help move prospects from idea through close.
Develop repeatable creator packages and partnership frameworks that can be leveraged across the broader sales organization, and act as an internal resource for sales on creator partnerships and talent opportunities.
Bring forward proactive ideas tied to major cultural moments, tentpole events, and advertiser priorities.
Partner closely with sales, content, creative strategy, production, and operations teams.
Help ensure creator-led programs are strategically aligned with both advertiser objectives and Morning Brew's editorial and brand identity.
4–6 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, creator/influencer marketing, advertising, entertainment, sports, talent partnerships, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and selling creative advertising or partnership ideas, ideally involving creators, social content, video, podcasts, or personality-driven media.
Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, including talent, platforms, content formats, and emerging trends.
Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once, particularly around campaign deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
Commercially minded with an understanding of how advertisers evaluate media partnerships.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes and products are continually evolving.
Entrepreneurial and proactive — you see an opportunity and figure out how to make it happen.
In this role, you'll be successful if you can make creator partnerships easier to sell, easier to execute, and more valuable to Morning Brew and its advertisers.
You'll progressively take ownership of creator-led opportunities while partnering closely with senior leadership to grow the business and establish the playbook for how Morning Brew sells creators.
