We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging. Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions.

We’re looking for a Manager, Creator Marketing to execute best-in-class health and financial services creator campaigns across a range of clients. This role sits within our Creator Marketing team and is ideal for someone who thrives on owning creator partnerships from start to finish — from strategy and outreach to contracting, briefing, and performance analysis.

You’ll be at the intersection of brand partnerships, digital culture, and content strategy, developing campaigns that are both impactful and culturally relevant. Whether it’s highlighting a key drug milestone or vetting a financial partner, you’ll play a key role in crafting campaigns that break through with authenticity, creativity and connects meaningfully with patient, healthcare provider and other key stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who balances operational precision with creative instincts — someone who’s just as comfortable managing contracts and timelines as they are coming up with unexpected creator moments that spark conversation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Own end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns, from initial outreach and vetting through contracting, briefing, and performance analysis with little oversight.

  • Communicate with creators, talent managers, and agents to ensure timely deliverables and alignment with brand goals.

  • Co-develop and implement strategies that align with client KPIs, target audience insights, and platform trends.

  • Create detailed creator briefs and host creator briefing calls, ensuring all campaign deliverables, timelines, and messaging guidelines are communicated clearly with little oversight.

  • Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with talent, balancing value with client budgets and ROI goals with the assistance of business affairs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand strategy, paid media, and creative teams to integrate creators seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of creator trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to identify new partnership opportunities.

  • Manage medical, legal and regulatory review processes for all creator content partnerships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and talent agents across all tiers.

  • Mentor junior team members, providing oversight and training on best-in-class influencer marketing execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent management, or branded content — preferably within an agency.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing large creator campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and performance reporting.

  • Knowledge of the creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Experience working with regulated industries; health and financial services experience preferred

  • Strong negotiation and vetting skills and experience working directly with creators, agents, and managers.

  • Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Understanding of FTC guidelines and legal considerations for paid partnerships.

  • Experience with medical legal and regulatory affairs and creator vetting and or work in the financial services a plus.

  • Passion for pop culture, digital trends, and emerging voices in the creator economy.

  • Experience ideating and executing creator-led events is a plus.

  • Highly organized and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using creator data platforms such as CreatorIQTraackr etc.

  • Experience leveraging data to optimize content, inform strategic pivots, and drive measurable results.

  • While experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot isn't a pre-requisite, a desire to create efficiencies through AI integration into workflows is.
