We’re looking for a GTM Analytics Manager to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of data analysts to measure the performance and health of our global GTM organization by developing scalable reporting, dashboards, and insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, C&A, Sales Engineering and GTM leadership to define key metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to optimize go-to-market execution. You’ll use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Clari) to communicate insights clearly and drive strategic decisions across the business. Success in this role begins with a short-term priority of achieving zero defect reporting, and evolves toward a mid- to long-term objective of driving clear, incremental revenue impact for Datadog.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and build dashboards and reporting to track GTM performance, pipeline health, and sales efficiency
  • Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, prioritizing growth, mentorship, and long-term development
  • Analyze trends, segment performance, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Sales to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to support business reviews, forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to present findings in a clear and compelling way for executive and operational audiences
  • Engage with field teams to understand needs and workflows to drive innovation, maximize adoption, and optimize the user experience
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks that grow with the business and improve the accessibility and reliability of performance data
  • Influence decision-making by proactively providing data-driven recommendations and highlighting the business impact of key trends

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or GTM environment
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing analytical or operations teams
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions and metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, insight, and business impact
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

  • Continuous training and career growth
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan
  • Generous and competitive US benefits
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture
