Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Digital Customer Integration to join our Mayer Team Remotely!

Summary:
The Manager Digital Customer Integration is responsible for all internal and external customer facing digital products, ensuring their successful design, development, and implementation. Manage the adoption strategy of all digital solutions across the entire footprint to meet digital sales goals. Work with customers across to identify, build, and implement solutions to address customer challenges. Additionally, this role will build strategic relationships with internal, and external stakeholders to solve problems, drive market share, and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of all customer facing applications. This includes VMI, Project Management, DOMO, Tools/Rental Management, Time Management, EDI/API Integrations
  • Build trust with internal/external Customers, and all internal functional teams
  • Work with customers across the internal footprint to develop and implement customized solutions and processes to solve challenges or pain points
  • Develop strategic relationships with internal and external customers to solve problems
  • Manage bid presentations for large projects to help win the business
  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams of associates on various special projects
  • Solve complex internal/external customer challenges using
  • Own and develop the digital implementation and adoption strategy to reach digital strategy goals. This includes including VMI, DOMO, Project Management, E-Commerce, BOM, EDI/API, and Esker
  • Lead branch and customer focused capabilities presentations and solution implementations
  • Single point-of-contact for all digital solutions
  • Research and validate new, and potential, digital tools to solve business problems i.e. CRM, Parspec, MyDataFactory, Domo, etc. Develop proof of concept analysis, build vs buy analysis, and implementation strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Digital Product Management of a portfolio of products, and experience managing the development of a digital tool from identifying the problem to solve through implementing and training on the developed solution.
  • Data analytics – Building ETL’s, Dashboards, Cards/Reports in DOMO or a like product i.e. Tableau, PowerBi etc.
  • Digital Adoption management through change management, training, and selling the value of tools to internal and external users
  • Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams of internal and external customers to solve problems
  • Industry specific experience working with our customer base, especially commercial electrical contractors
  • Business Development experience; presenting and selling complex solutions to customers
  • Customer Solution experience; developing and implementing customized solutions for customers, and building/maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external customers
  • Technical experience – leading and working with software development teams to create new tools and make enhancements to current tools, with our ERP system, and integrating platforms via API
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Required
  • Graduate Degree - Preferred
