Manager, Digital Marketing (Contract) 

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and scaling Botrista’s digital acquisition engine across paid social, search, and SEO, with a focus on generating qualified inbound leads for our sales team.

1. Performance Marketing (Hands-On Execution)
  • Own Meta lead generation campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google
  • Create and iterate on audiences, ad sets, creative, and landing page flows
  • Improve lead quality and cost per lead
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make adjustments without hand-holding
2. SEO & Web Optimization
  • Own SEO strategy and implementation across botrista.com
  • Improve organic traffic and inbound lead volume
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy
  • Optimize site structure, page speed, metadata, and on-page SEO
  • Identify opportunities for new landing pages targeting restaurant owners and operators
3. Conversion Optimization
  • Build and test landing pages optimized for lead capture
  • Run A/B tests across creative, copy, forms, and targeting
  • Improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
4. Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality
  • Work with Product/Brand teams as needed for messaging and creative assets
  • Develop a clean feedback loop with SDRs/AEs so paid campaigns evolve fast
5. Own the Digital Growth Roadmap
  • Set the weekly/monthly experimentation plan
  • Establish baselines, targets, and channel priorities
  • Identify new channels worth testing over time

RequirementsRequirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven success running Meta lead gen campaigns (must)
  • Experience with SEO strategy and implementation (must)
  • Comfortable running Google Search campaigns
  • Strong in analytics: interpreting data, spotting trends, making decisions
  • Experience creating or optimizing landing pages (Webflow, Wordpress, Unbounce, etc.)
  • Able to work independently — low ego, high ownership
  • Bonus: experience targeting SMB, restaurant, or franchise audiences
