About the Role:

The Manager, Digital Project Management leads the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of digital experiences across PVH's e-commerce platforms. Acting as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, creative, merchandising, technology, analytics, and agency partners, this role drives the delivery of high-impact digital content, experimentation initiatives, and personalization strategies that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

This position manages the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives—from intake, prioritization, and implementation to testing, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

As a key contributor to the PVH+ digital growth strategy, this role plays a critical part in scaling direct-to-consumer and e-commerce capabilities. By leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous experimentation, the Manager ensures digital experiences are seamless, brand-aligned, and optimized to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue growth.

What You will Do:

  • Digital Content & Experience Management

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of website content updates, promotional campaigns, and seasonal digital experiences across e-commerce platforms.

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and implementation.

  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Product, UX, Technology, and agency partners to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.

  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards, business objectives, and customer journey best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline content publishing workflows and improve operational efficiency.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Testing & Experimentation

  • Own and manage the roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve customer experience and business performance.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities, develop test hypotheses, and prioritize experimentation.

  • Coordinate implementation with development teams and optimization platforms, ensuring quality execution and accurate measurement.

  • Analyze test results, communicate actionable insights, and recommend scalable optimization strategies.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across digital teams.

  • Personalization Strategy

  • Lead website personalization initiatives that deliver relevant, targeted experiences across customer segments.

  • Partner with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Merchandising teams to define audience strategies and personalization use cases.

  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing optimization of personalized content across digital touchpoints.

  • Measure personalization performance and recommend enhancements to improve engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.

  • Digital Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary project manager for digital experience, optimization, and personalization initiatives.

  • Develop project plans, manage priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear communication with business, technical, and agency partners throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Operate within Agile methodologies using Jira to manage backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery.

  • Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key digital KPIs, including conversion rate, engagement, customer journey performance, revenue impact, and personalization effectiveness.

  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and testing platforms to evaluate user behavior, site performance, and experiment outcomes.

  • Ensure the accuracy of tracking, measurement, and reporting following digital launches and optimization initiatives.

  • Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports that communicate business impact and strategic recommendations.

  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to inform prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner closely with UX, Design (Figma), Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

  • Coordinate implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives across platforms.

  • Foster a collaborative, test-and-learn culture that encourages innovation, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality, business outcomes, and customer experience.

What You will Bring:

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital project management, eCommerce, or web/digital environments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Project Management

  • Demonstrated project management experience leading complex digital and e-commerce initiatives across cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience delivering website enhancements, digital content releases, optimization programs, and customer experience initiatives.

  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization & Analytics

  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar optimization tools.

  • Proficiency with digital analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or equivalent web analytics solutions.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, customer behavior analysis, and conversion rate optimization best practices.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve digital performance.

  • Digital & E-commerce Expertise

  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and enterprise e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar solutions.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, website operations, customer journey optimization, and online merchandising principles.

  • Familiarity with personalization strategies and digital experience management.

  • Leadership & Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect digital execution, customer experience, and optimization initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
