About Haus

Haus is the causal marketing platform top businesses trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. With support from PhD economists, data scientists, and growth experts, Haus’ AI-driven technology translates complex marketing measurement into clear action and outcomes, enabling brands like Dyson, Wayfair, Sonos, Fanduel, SharkNinja, and Intuit to optimize spend, accelerate growth, and make smarter marketing decisions at scale.

What you'll do:

Haus is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead the team selling into our largest and most complex accounts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll own the enterprise number and the team that carries it.

Our buyers are sophisticated; the evaluations are technical, and the deals involve marketing, analytics, finance, and procurement — our customers spend hundreds of millions or billions on media annually. You'll develop a team that can hold its own in those rooms and you'll be in the room yourself in many cases.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll recruit and develop senior enterprise sellers, own forecast accuracy and the operating discipline underneath it, and shape how we cover, sequence, and win the accounts in the Enterprise segment. You'll also be one of the loudest field voices back into Product, Science, and Marketing about what enterprise buyers actually need.

Responsibilities will include:

• Own your team’s number: pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and the leading indicators that make the business predictable and scalable

• Lead from the front on strategic deals - executive relationships, complex negotiations, competitive displacements, and commercial escalations

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Haus’s products in order to be able to provide guidance and mentoring on selling, navigating complex negotiations, helping eliminate technical barriers and managing commercial escalations

• Implement and enforce our value-based selling approach and qualification discipline consistently across the team

• Coach sellers to articulate causal measurement credibly to marketing, analytics, and finance stakeholders, and to defend the science under scrutiny

• Rigorous operations to ensure the team is hitting all core metrics to drive the hyper growth stage we target

• Partner closely with Demand Generation and Marketing on target account selection, plays, handoffs, and feedback loops

• Build and foster strong internal partnerships with Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Pre-Sales, and Science

• Bring structured field feedback into pricing, packaging, and roadmap decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software selling experience, including 2+ years leading enterprise sellers at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B company

• Proven results selling into and navigating complex enterprise environments across multiple industries

• Experience negotiating and closing seven-figure deals with complex terms, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder committees

• A proven record of recruiting, hiring, and developing top enterprise sales talent, and building diverse teams

• A track record of over-achieving quota in both an IC and a leadership capacity

• Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex, technical enterprise products to both economic and technical buyers

• Rigorous forecasting discipline, and fluency with Force Management, MEDDPICC, or comparable qualification frameworks

• Comfort operating without a finished playbook — you bring structure to ambiguity and stay calm under pressure

• Passionate about building, teaching, investing in, and evolving high-caliber sales teams

• New York or San Francisco based

Nice to have

• Marketing measurement, martech, or analytics experience

• Experience at a company making the mid-market-to-enterprise transition

• A history of displacing entrenched legacy vendors

• Experience scaling and leading GTM teams

• Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time

How Haus is Different

We're a customer-obsessed, high-ownership team that would rather run an experiment than argue in a meeting. We work in small, lean pods where each person is a bar raiser in some area, and we move fast without waiting for a playbook. We value impact over activity, curiosity over comfort, and small inexact steps over large impeccable leaps.

AI is part of how we work. We use it every day to move faster and think more clearly, and we look for people who are curious about new tools and fluent in putting them to work. What we care about is your judgment: AI should sharpen your thinking, not stand in for it.

Some of our benefits include:

  • Flexible PTO - take time when you need it!

  • Equity – Startup environment with part-ownership in our successes

  • Top of the line health, dental, and vision insurance - multiple plan options so you can pick what fits you best

  • WFH stipend to support the set up you need to be productive

  • Events & Offsites – opportunities to connect and celebrate in real life!

  • Free Lunch – Grab a bite on us when you choose to work from the office (hub locations include SF, NYC and Seattle)

  • New Parent Leave – take time to welcome your newest Hausmate

We value in-person collaboration at Haus and give preference to candidates within commuting distance of our offices in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City.
Haus is an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.

We believe diverse perspectives make us stronger and are committed to an inclusive culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to contribute. Bring your authentic self — we would love to hear from you.
