JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Systems Manager to join its Corporate Finance and Compensation team. This position is a strategic and technical role responsible for maintaining and enhancing the enterprise-wide Workforce Planning financial model for Fox Corporation. This individual bridges finance, HR, and technology to ensure that workforce cost modeling and headcount planning is accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the enterprise Workforce Planning model in Adaptive Planning, including structure, logic, and ongoing enhancements
  • Build Finance deliverables and reporting related to compensation and headcount planning
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve model usability and performance
  • Drive system adoption through user training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across business units
  • Lead system expansion initiatives, including onboarding new entities and integrating acquisitions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, model logic questions, and system-related issues
  • Define and enforce data standards, access controls, and audit trails within workforce planning system
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc projects leveraging Adaptive Planning data

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with modeling, configuration, and integration of Workday Adaptive Planning both on FP&A and Workforce planning
  • 3+ years of experience with report building in Adaptive Office Connect, HTML and/or report automation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Experience with configuration, reporting and supporting Planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Oracle Planning & Budgeting
  • Experience with payroll, compensation, or workforce analytics
  • Prior Implementation experience or Project Management experience 
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM and/or Financials 
  • Exposure to data governance or system administration best practices
  • Success in this role will be measured by
  • Accuracy and reliability of workforce planning outputs
  • Adoption and satisfaction of business stakeholders
  • Improvement and performance of the Adaptive Planning model
  • Timely delivery of planning cycles and reporting

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
