The Role
Lovevery is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Global Influencer Marketing to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through creator partnerships worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will oversee the day-to-day management of influencer programs, lead a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure influencer initiatives support broader business goals.
This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has experience managing both organic and paid creator partnerships and understands how influencer marketing contributes across the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Program Management
- Develop and execute global influencer marketing strategies aligned with Lovevery's overall marketing objectives and brand values.
- Lead influencer programs across multiple regions, ensuring consistency while adapting approaches to local market needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue through creator partnerships.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure influencer program effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends, platform developments, and creator marketing best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creator partnerships that support both brand-building and business growth objectives.
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists across multiple regions.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, performance guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across regional influencer teams.
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for influencer recruitment, relationship management, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Create clear priorities and development plans that enable strong execution while supporting long-term team growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Social Media, Paid Marketing, Creative, PR, Brand, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Partner with Creative teams to identify content trends and creator opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Growth teams to measure the business impact of influencer initiatives.
- Support broader marketing initiatives by integrating creator partnerships into key product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage influencer marketing budgets across regions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on influencer performance, including engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, revenue, affiliate performance, and overall program impact.
- Present recommendations and performance insights to marketing leadership on a regular basis.
Paid Creator Partnerships & Amplification
- Support paid creator partnership initiatives in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Social and Influencer Marketing and the Paid Marketing team.
- Help identify creator partnership opportunities that support broader brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition goals.
- Manage creator licensing, content usage rights, and whitelisting agreements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate the execution of creator amplification programs, including Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and other paid creator initiatives.
- Monitor creator content performance and provide recommendations to support optimization, testing, and future investment decisions.
- Stay informed on platform capabilities, creator monetization trends, and paid creator best practices to help evolve Lovevery's creator marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience managing influencer programs across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, creator ecosystems, and social media best practices.
- Experience managing paid influencer campaigns, creator licensing, content rights, and whitelisting programs.
- Familiarity with Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, and paid social amplification strategies.
- Experience collaborating closely with Paid Marketing teams to drive creator-led customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to solve problems creatively and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global consumer brands.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and creator commerce programs.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as GRIN or similar creator relationship management tools.
- Graduate business or marketing education is a plus.
