CoreWeave is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Manager, Global People Operations to help build and run the operational backbone of our People function. This role is ideal for a someone who brings strong operational judgment, enjoys creating clarity in complex environments, and is excited to grow their leadership impact through others.
You’ll manage a core set of global People Operations functions, owning day-to-day execution while developing the processes, policies, and team practices that enable a high-growth, global workforce.
This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful scope and room to grow as CoreWeave continues to expand globally.
What You’ll DoLead & Execute Core People Operations- Own employee lifecycle operations, including offboarding, employee changes, promotions, and HRIS updates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a strong employee experience
- Oversee leaves of absence (LOA) and workplace accommodations, partnering with Legal, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure compliance and consistency
- Support People Ops execution for acquisitions and geographic expansions, helping integrate employees, policies, and systems smoothly
- Own and manage the HR ticketing system, including intake, prioritization, SLAs, and quality of responses
- Ensure tickets are resolved accurately and efficiently while identifying recurring issues or gaps in documentation
- Use ticket trends and employee feedback to improve self-service resources, workflows, and team effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day People Operations with structured guidance while continuously improving workflows, documentation, and handoffs
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes as the company scales
- Translate evolving business needs into clear, scalable policies, including those supporting distributed and mobile workforces
- Set clear expectations and support team members in delivering high-quality work
- Provide timely feedback, coaching, and development support
- Communicate priorities clearly and help the team understand how their work connects to broader company goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Payroll, and Business Leaders
- 5–8+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations, with exposure to global or multi-state environments
- Prior experience managing or mentoring others, or strong readiness to step into a people manager role
- Hands-on experience with:
- Employee lifecycle operations
- Leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
- HRIS platforms and People systems
- Comfort working alongside AI-enabled tools (e.g., automation, AI-assisted drafting, workflow optimization) and curiosity about how they can improve People Operations
- Clear, respectful communicator who values collaboration, feedback, and operational rigor
- Experience in high-growth tech or infrastructure-focused companies
Exposure to global employment models (EORs, international compliance, regional policies)
The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
